622 PowerSafe® with reaper-binder
Motor reaper-binder with raised axle structure for mowing and tying in bundles.
The 622 PowerSafe® in the reaper-binder version is a machine for harvesting grains, sesame, lavender and anything else that involves cutting and tying in heaps or bundles.
The 622 is now equipped with a PowerSafe® multi-disc oil bath clutch and new diesel or petrol engines.
The 622 PowerSafe® with reaper-binder complies with the EC Machinery Directive on the safety of motor mowers.

- New PowerSafe® hydraulic clutch to guarantee maximum reliability, greater operating comfort and total safety for the operator.
- Immediate stop of machine and tool in case of accidentally letting go of the handlebar.
- Eliminated the preliminaries for the re-start of the engine after letting go of the handlebar. In fact, the engine remains in motion for an immediate resumption of work.
- Differential with lock for increased traction on low-grip terrain and ability to maintain a straight line while working.
- Independent brakes on the two wheels for maximum manoeuvrability.

Recommended for products whose height does not exceed 70/80 cm, including: wheat, barley, oats, sesame, hemp, lavender and medicinal herbs.
The forks positioned above the cutter bar, thanks to their continuous and constant movement, allow the cut crop to be conveyed towards the tying cycle.
With a working width of 140 cm, the reaper binder is available in two versions depending on the type of product to be cut and the height of the string tying:
- height of tying 19 cm from the cut
- tying height 28 cm from the cut
A new sheet metal housing now protects the outer belt for maximum machine and operator protection.
The removable lid also allows easy inspection and maintenance.
