Double reaper binder for use on BCS isodiametric tractor, articulated and reversible.

 

Twin is a front-mounted machine for BCS isodiametric tractor, articulated and reversible, with 50 or 60 hp.

The machine is equipped of a double reaper-binder to cut cereals or sesame and bind them on sheaves.

The gathering of the cut product is made by forks moved by the PTO of the tractor.

At the end of loop, a binding mechanism, BCS patented, binds and automatically ejects the sheaves on two rows.

Technical features.

  • Water-tight and maintenance-free Long-Life main transmission with gears and belt.

  • Belt PTO transmission to dampen shocks on forks.

  • 3-point frame with couplings cat. 1 and 2.

  • Tractor PTO rotation speed: 540 rpm.
