280 Reaper-binder
Four-wheel motor reaper-binder with steering wheel, for mowing and tying in bundles.
The 280 is an ideal reaper binder for cutting and tying in bundles of wheat, sesame, lavender and medicinal herbs while working comfortably seated and protected from the sun by the awning.
The steering wheel acting on the rear wheels and the seat with mechanical suspension enhance ease of use and operating comfort.

Features.
The 280 is equipped with a gearbox with 4 forward gears plus 1 reverse gear, a differential with lock and foot brakes with independent controls on both wheels, allowing the motor reaper binder to be manoeuvred easily over all types of terrain.
The two work lights on either side of the driving position allow work to be carried out even at night or in poor lighting.
Thanks to the special raised chassis, the machine’s centre of gravity is higher so as to facilitate the passage of tied bundles under the transmission axle.
Reaper binder.
The reaper binder has a working width of 140 cm and is lifted hydraulically from the driving position using a foot pedal.
The cutter bar has a normal double tine (distance between the tips: 76 mm).
The forks positioned above the cutter bar, thanks to their continuous and constant movement, allow the cut crop to be conveyed towards the tying cycle, which takes place at a height of 28 cm from the cut.
