622 Reaper-binder

Motor reaper-binder with raised axle structure for mowing and tying in bundles.
The 622 in the reaper-binder version is a machine for harvesting cereals, lavender, medicinal herbs, marsh cane and anything else that involves cutting and tying in heaps or bundles.
The 622 reaper-binder range is available in 2 versions:
- Simple reaper-binder for products whose height does not exceed 70-80 cm from the ground.
- Reaper-binder with frame to allow products whose height exceeds 80 cm from the ground to flow under the raised axle.

The 622 reaper-binder is equipped with a gearbox with 4 forward gears plus 1 reverse gear, a differential with lock and brakes with independent controls on both wheels, allowing the reaper binder to be manoeuvred easily over all types of terrain.
- Fully oil-lubricated transmission for minimal maintenance.
- Differential with lock for increased traction on low-grip terrain and ability to maintain a straight line while working.
- Independent brakes for maximum manoeuvrability.
- Patented tying unit, a small technical gem, which calibrates the tying of the cut crop with the cutting of the twine.

Recommended for products whose height does not exceed 70-80 cm, including:

Depending on the type of cut product, the twine binding height is available in 2 versions:
- at 19 cm cutting height
- at 28 cm cutting height
Reaper binder with frame.
Recommended for crops exceeding 80 cm in height, mainly sesame and wheat.
Thanks to a specific chassis, the machine’s centre of gravity is higher so as to facilitate the passage of tied bundles under the transmission axle.
The twine is tied at a height of 28 cm from the cut.
Reaper binder.
Common to both versions is the reaper binder apparatus with a working width of 140 cm.
The cutter bar is available with 3 types of double tines:
- Normal tooth (distance between the tips: 76 mm – recommended for wheat).
- Tight tooth (distance between tips: 38 mm).
- Anti-clogging mulching tooth (without tips, 50 mm spacing – recommended for marsh reeds).
The forks positioned above the cutter bar, thanks to their continuous and constant movement, allow the cut crop to be conveyed towards the tying cycle.

Distance between tips: 76 mm.
Recommended for cutting wheat.
Distance between tips: 38 mm.
Without tips, 50 mm distance between each tooth.
Recommended for cutting marsh reeds.
Working trolley (optional)
A single-wheel trolley with a padded seat is available as an option to work seated comfortably.
This special trolley is designed to be able to pass bundles sideways without damaging them.
The steering wheel is connected to special pedals through which the operator can steer the machine.
